At Nexa US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Our streamlined process ensures that if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we can quickly facilitate an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
